Thank you for your interest in joining the Global Kingdom Financier Investment Club (GKFIC)!

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting any payments. By joining the GKFIC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which outline membership conditions, payment policies, investment risk disclosures, and limitations of liability.

1. Payment Terms and Membership Fees


- Full Payment: Pay in full $2500 membership fee upfront. Members who pay in full will be locked in for 12 months to receive member's education.

2. Investment Risk Acknowledgment
- Risk Disclosure: All investment opportunities carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. By joining the GKFIC, you acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.
- No Guarantees of Returns: The GKFIC does not provide guarantees regarding any financial outcomes or returns on investments made through the club’s opportunities or shared resources.
- Due Diligence Responsibility: While the GKFIC may provide access to investment opportunities and collective insights, it is the responsibility of each member to conduct personal due diligence and seek independent professional advice before making any financial commitment.

3. Membership Eligibility and Conduct
- Eligibility Review: GKFIC reserves the right to review all applications. Payment of a deposit does not automatically grant membership. If a deposit is made and membership is declined, your deposit will be returned otherwise your membership fee is NON_REFUNDABLE.

- Member Conduct: Members agree to adhere to high ethical standards and to conduct themselves in alignment with the values and vision of the GKFIC. Misconduct or behavior not in keeping with the mission of the club may lead to revocation of membership without refund.
- Confidentiality Agreement: Members must respect the confidentiality of information shared within the club, including investment opportunities, strategies, and other members’ information. Unauthorized sharing or use of confidential information is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
- No Financial Liability: The GKFIC and its leadership, advisors, and affiliates are not responsible for any financial loss, damages, or liabilities arising from members’ individual investment decisions.
- Advisory Disclaimer: The information provided within the club, including that from advisors and members, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
- Membership Liability Release: By joining the club, members release GKFIC, its leaders, partners, and affiliates from liability for any adverse outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from participation in club activities or investments.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Modification of Terms: The GKFIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the club constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
- Termination of Membership: The GKFIC may terminate a membership at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or conduct not in keeping with the club’s values, without refund.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois in the United States.
- Binding Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, members agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration in accordance with [Arbitration Rules of Specified Jurisdiction].
