Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Global Intelligence Investor Community™ (“GIIC”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or activating your membership. By enrolling in GIIC, submitting payment, accessing the community, or using any GIIC membership benefits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

GIIC is an educational, networking, and investor intelligence community. Membership does not constitute participation in an investment fund, securities offering, pooled investment vehicle, brokerage service, or financial advisory relationship.

1. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

GIIC membership is currently offered under the following options:

Monthly Membership: $99 per month
*Annual Membership: $970 per year

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships are billed at $99 per month and automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not result in a refund of membership fees already paid.
Annual Membership

Annual memberships are billed at $970 for 12 months of membership access.

Annual membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Membership pricing may change in the future. Any pricing changes will apply according to the terms communicated to members and will not retroactively alter amounts already paid.

2. Membership Access and Benefits

GIIC membership may provide access to educational programming, investor intelligence, global market information, community discussions, networking opportunities, live sessions, resources, events, deal discussions, and other benefits made available by GIIC.

Specific benefits, programming, speakers, resources, events, platforms, and features may be modified, added, replaced, or discontinued as the community evolves.

Membership does not guarantee access to any specific investment opportunity, transaction, property, project, financing arrangement, partnership, or financial return.

3. Educational and Investment Disclaimer

GIIC is designed to provide education, information, community, networking, and access to global investment intelligence.

Nothing provided through GIIC should be interpreted as individualized financial, investment, securities, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

GIIC does not act as a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, attorney, accountant, fiduciary, or other licensed professional on behalf of members unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with a particular service.

Members should consult their own qualified financial, legal, tax, accounting, real estate, or investment professionals before making financial decisions.

4. Investment Risk Acknowledgment

Investment Risk

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested capital. International investments may involve additional risks, including political, economic, regulatory, currency, title, ownership, development, market, and jurisdiction-specific risks.

No Guarantee of Returns

GIIC makes no representations or guarantees regarding investment performance, profitability, appreciation, income, returns, or financial outcomes associated with any opportunity discussed, introduced, presented, or discovered through the community.

Past performance, projections, examples, testimonials, or anticipated results are not guarantees of future performance.

Independent Investment Decisions

Each member is solely responsible for determining whether an investment or business opportunity is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance.

Participation in GIIC does not obligate any member to participate in any investment opportunity.

5. Member Due Diligence

GIIC may introduce members to information regarding companies, properties, developers, entrepreneurs, investment markets, projects, professionals, service providers, or other opportunities.

Such introductions do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation unless expressly stated otherwise.

Members are responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction.

This may include independently verifying:

* Ownership and title
* Corporate or business registration
* Licenses and regulatory approvals
* Financial statements and projections
* Developer or operator credentials
* Contracts and agreements
* Tax implications
* Local laws and regulations
* Financing arrangements
* Investment risks
* Professional credentials
* Any other information relevant to the proposed transaction

Members are strongly encouraged to obtain independent professional advice before committing capital.

6. Membership Eligibility and Conduct

GIIC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership when necessary to protect the integrity, safety, confidentiality, and mission of the community.

Members agree to conduct themselves professionally and ethically when interacting with other members, speakers, partners, businesses, developers, professionals, and GIIC leadership.

Harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, abusive conduct, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of member information, or conduct that materially disrupts or harms the community may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Membership terminated because of a violation of these Terms and Conditions is not eligible for a refund.

7. Confidentiality and Community Information

GIIC is intended to provide a trusted environment in which members can exchange information, relationships, ideas, resources, and opportunities.

Members agree not to improperly distribute, reproduce, publish, sell, share, or commercially exploit confidential or proprietary information obtained through GIIC.

This includes, where applicable:

* Member contact information
* Private community discussions
* Proprietary educational materials
* Investment research and intelligence
* Deal information
* Presentations and recordings
* Business strategies
* Documents and resources
* Information specifically designated as confidential

Members may not scrape, harvest, copy, or use the GIIC member directory or community information for unauthorized marketing or solicitation.

8. No Unauthorized Solicitation

Membership in GIIC does not grant members unrestricted permission to market, solicit, recruit, sell products or services to, or raise capital from other members.

Any business promotion, investment solicitation, fundraising activity, or organized marketing to GIIC members must comply with applicable laws and any community guidelines established by GIIC.

GIIC reserves the right to remove content or members engaging in unauthorized or inappropriate solicitation.

9. Third-Party Opportunities and Service Providers

GIIC may provide introductions or access to third-party businesses, developers, investment opportunities, professionals, vendors, platforms, service providers, or other organizations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties operate independently from GIIC.

GIIC does not control and is not responsible for the actions, representations, performance, products, services, financial condition, contractual obligations, or business practices of independent third parties.

Members are responsible for independently evaluating third parties before entering into agreements or transferring funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GIIC and its founders, leadership, employees, contractors, advisors, partners, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for financial losses, investment losses, business losses, lost profits, damages, liabilities, disputes, or other adverse outcomes resulting from a member's independent decisions or transactions.

Members acknowledge that any decision to invest, purchase property, enter into a business arrangement, engage a service provider, or participate in an opportunity is made voluntarily and at the member's own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, educational materials, recordings, presentations, frameworks, documents, training materials, community resources, branding, and proprietary content provided by GIIC remain the intellectual property of GIIC and/or their respective owners.

Membership provides a limited right to access these materials for the member's personal educational use.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach, license, or commercially exploit GIIC proprietary materials without prior written authorization.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Monthly members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent the next monthly renewal charge.

Annual members receive access for their applicable 12-month membership term. Cancellation of an annual membership does not create a prorated refund for unused months.

Failure to participate in community programming, attend live sessions, access resources, or use membership benefits does not create eligibility for a refund.

13. Changes to Membership or Terms

GIIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, community policies, membership benefits, programming, platforms, or other aspects of the membership experience.

Members will be notified of material changes when appropriate.

Continued use of GIIC following the effective date of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination of Membership

GIIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms and Conditions, community policies, applicable laws, or conduct that threatens the integrity, confidentiality, reputation, or operation of the community.

Members whose access is terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund of membership fees already paid, except where otherwise required by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the **State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to GIIC membership that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mutually enforceable dispute-resolution procedures established by GIIC.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, renewing, or continuing your membership in the Global Intelligence Investor Community™, you acknowledge that:

* You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
* You agree to comply with GIIC membership and community policies.
* You understand that GIIC provides education, community, networking, resources, and investment intelligence and does not guarantee investment results.
* You understand that all investment and business decisions remain your individual responsibility.
* You accept the risks associated with making independent financial and investment decisions.
* You understand and agree to the applicable membership payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies.
