Itinerary:
Day 1 (June 5): Arrival and Welcome
·Airport (Abeid Amani Karume International Airport) Transfer to your luxurious beachfront resort ·Welcome dinner and networking evening

Day 2 (June 6): Explore the economic development and immerse in a cultural experience in Zanzibar by visiting the Spice Farm, Stone Town, and the Former Slave Market.

Day 3 (June 7): Real Estate Property Tours ·Guided tours of Zanzibar's prime properties and developments

Mini-Conference

Day 4 (June 8): This morning, we'll take you in a catamaran, for Snorkelling by the reefs around Mnemba Island. Multicolored reef fish abound and you might also see turtles or dolphins.

· Later in the evening, the attendees will have a chance to attend a Black Tie Affair at All Inclusive Beach Resort

Your deposit is non-refundable and applied to the balance of your trip. You may transfer your balance to another person through 04/30/2025. Please note it is not our responsibility to find your replacement. You can also transfer your balance to a future trip within 6 -12 months hosted by Savvy Chicks in Real Estate®

What happens if I need to cancel?
You can apply your balance to another retreat and/or event hosted by Savvy Chicks in Real Estate® within 6 - 12 months of the trip that was missed. You will need to pay the difference if the new event amount exceeds the previous one.
Is Trip Insurance or Medical Insurance included?
No. Please purchase your own policy separately.
Can I add a roommate?
Yes just have them select and pay for the double occupancy package. Double Occupancy price is per person.
Are flights included?
No.
